Cornerstone Credit Union Financial Group Limited was established January 1, 2008. The "new" Cornerstone Credit Union was the result of a merger between Cornerstone Credit Union, Gateway Credit Union and Tisdale Credit Union. In 2010 Springside and Elfros branches were added. Cornerstone Credit Union serves 15 communities with branches located in Archerwill, Bjorkdale Elfros,, Kelliher, Ituna, Lestock, Rhein, Rose Valley, Saltcoats, Springside, Theodore, Tisdale, Wishart, Wynyard and Yorkton.
